If you are a jobseeker in need of assistance, we can help you. Our programs help prepare you for your job search and interview, from the inside out. Check out our programs below, along with information about how to access these services. All of our services are at no cost to the participant.


Employment Skills Training Programs

Our training programs and workshops provide equip individuals to succeed on their job search. Topics include interview skills, resume preparation, answering difficult interview questions, professional image, technology skills, financial literacy, and more.

How to get started: Our training programs are always free and open to anyone who is interested. Currently our programs are virtual only. Visit the Events calendar to see upcoming workshops and to register.


Vets for Success

Vets for Success is Suited for Success’s impactful employment skills and job readiness training program. It is designed to provide educational and vocational opportunities and life skills for underserved members and military veterans of the diverse South Florida community.

How to get started: We are currently preparing for our first cohort of 2022. If you are a military veteran or family member who is interested in participating in Vets for Success, please contact Ketsia Marcellus.


Career Center

Receive one-on-one assistance from qualified volunteers with your resume, cover letters, mock interview, and more. Appointments are available in person, over the phone, or via zoom.

Suiting Program

Our suiting program provides interview and employment attire to help you look your best for your interview. Our gently-used inventory has been generously donated by the community and hand-sorted by our volunteers to be on our racks.

How to get started: If you are working with a community agency (such as one of these), your case manager can refer you for a suiting. If your case manager needs assistance with the referral, please have them contact us.

If you are not currently working with a community agency, you must participate in a training workshop or program or receive assistance through the Career Center before receiving a suiting appointment. Follow the instructions above to get started on your job preparation journey, and we will be happy to schedule your suiting upon completion.


Dress for Success Miami

Our Dress for Success Women’s program is an affiliate of Dress for Success, a nonprofit with over 140 affiliates in 22 countries. Dress for Success Miami’s programs transition women towards self-sufficiency by addressing their social and economic needs in relation to work, home and community. Dress for Success Miami participants have access to all of the programs above and the Dress for Success online community, as well as our new one-on-one coaching and post-employment support programs, which will launch in 2022.
