Despite evidence of their achievements and success, many women still struggle with self-doubt and thoughts of inadequacy. When left unchecked, self-doubt can have a profound impact on the choices women make. Women may hesitate to pursue their passions, take on leadership roles or voice their opinions due to a constant fear of not being good enough or being judged.
Join this session, led by Ann Park M.D., who will discuss strategies to redirect fears and reverse closed thinking to redefine the meaning of success for any woman who wants to shine and show the world what she is made
of and equipped to handle.* Dr. Park is a Board-certified psychiatrist, therapist, and coach who specializes in working with women. Dr. Park uses cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, and psychiatric care to optimize emotional well-being. She helps her clients thrive in work and life.
Participants will learn how to evaluate opportunities and align their strengths and capabilities to confidently say YES.
This workshop is presented in partnership with The Maxx You Project, T.J.Maxx’s ongoing commitment to empowering women with the tools, resources, and community they need to express their full selves. T.J.Maxx believes being your maxx self means being uniquely you, which means getting comfortable exploring who you are and confident expressing who that is.
